The latest model of this support shoe improves on the previous version in all areas.
The Saucony Guide 13 is a well-priced everyday stability running shoe. It has a firmer yet cushioned ride and a comfortable upper.
The changes to this thirteenth version look to have improved an already impressive shoe.
The Guide has been in the range for a long time now for good reason and it's joined by two other shoes in the stability line-up; the top of the range Saucony Hurricane 22 and the Saucony Omni ISO 2.
The cushioning uses a new PWRRUN material, a blend of traditional CM-EVA and PU, to create a well-cushioned feel with a nicely responsive push-off.
The support now comes from a TPU frame inserted into the midsole on the medial side. This is very effective at controlling over-pronation whist at the same time is light and unintrusive.
The new upper is seamless and holds the foot well, with the right amount of padding covering the whole of the foot is comfortable from the first step into the shoe.
Tri-Flex Crystal Rubber helps increase flexibility, adaptability, and durability of the shoe.

PWRRUN+ is a full-length responsive cushioning compound that provides a springy and responsive underfoot feel.
TPU Guidance Frame provides medial stability that quietly guides the foot to prevent over-pronation.

Engineered Jacquard mesh comprises the upper, updated to flex more naturally with the foot while providing lightweight breathability.
FORMFIT Contoured Footbed creates a cradle for your foot that provides added guidance and support.
