Overview
One of the shoes in this category that a real spectrum of runners would be very happy with. In terms of fit, smoothness, traction and cushioning the shoe delivers. There is plenty of cushioning both in the heel and forefoot but this is combined with more than enough responsiveness for upping the pace. What you also get is a shoe that has good traction on a mix of surfaces. So whatever you are heading out of the door to do this shoe will deliver.Road Race Suitability

A really comfortable shoe
This was my first pair of running shoes and I was amazed with the comfort they offered. My only disappointment was that Saucony had temporarily stopped producing them when I needed a second pair!
