Overview
Well. This shoe goes the full nine yards. Yes there is good cushioning and support. But not the stack you may expect to find. But that because the shoe is very light and responsive. Saucony have gone and put a lightweight as the top price shoe on the support side of things. You really can belt along in this shoe. It is fine for steady running too if you are a lighter guy, it packs a lot of protection in given the weight. But it is fast running where the shoe really works. It is not only light, the Flexion Plate encourages you up onto the forefoot where the flexibility allows for a speedy toe-off.
