Overview
Stabils have been a safe choice for heavier over-pronators through the years. There is a great deal of support but the cushioning is also up to standard for plenty of running.Road Race Suitability

Great Ladies Saucony Shoes
For a heavy overpronator who previously used orthotic insoles these shoes have provided support and stability on the roads, light trails and trails since I first brought them 18 months ago. I typically run 3 to 4 miles twice a week but currently in training for a half marathon. No bliseters or other impact injuries and they can be machine washed. Only just showing signs if wear.
