A great looking shoe lifestyle running shoe. Not one for logging up the miles in however.
Fashion meets fitness with a truly eye-catching shoe in a world where plenty are battling for that title. Think pace, cushioning, and hanging out in the local bar.
This Puma Ignite Limitless Netfit is part of the latest chapter of the collaborative relationship with New York label Staple.
The full-length IGNITE Foam drop-in ensures excellent energy return, exactly what you’re looking for from a shoe like this. These are super comfortable thanks to that cushioning - not quite Puma solid but not overly soft and bouncy like other brands. So expect a firmer ride despite the shoe’s looks.
Nice breathable mesh upper, but with durability. The netting used holds your foot in place as it wraps right around the shoe. In fact, it has a completely customisable lace positioning and lightweight support. Foot hugging and well-padded thanks to the multi layers. Reflective details provide visibility into the night
Crystal rubber outsole pods provide full ground contact and traction without weighing you down; nice. Well, nice in the summer - you probably wouldn’t venture too far off-road in these shoes. They can cope with some path action but keep them dry and you won’t be disappointed.
Granted, these are only going to appeal to a certain audience and your average club type runner might not be too impressed. But we’ve discovered that more and more fashion is beginning to match performance and the two can mix. A bit.
Neoprene upper with Netfit lacing system overlay.
Ignite midsole for enhanced cushioning.
Raised ankle support.
