Overview
A very good trail shoe. It offers really good grips on the trails, has an upper that can withstand a real pounding and yet remains lightweight and responsive. The feel on road is also good so you can use this shoe for a mix of terrains and paces. New colourway for autumn/winter 2008.

Best cross country ladies shoe!
I have been buying a new pair of these each year for about 4 years, at least (I forget!) I only run off road, but this includes running a lot of mud, wet and ice when running for a pack of bloodhounds. I've tried other shoes (only because these take a bit of tracking down) but always come back to them. They are brilliant - light, traction, comfortable, I hose them off and let them dry naturally (just put them on a bit damp sometimes!) Buy them.
