The shoe is light, well cushioned and highly flexible ride. The design of the midsole has been heavily influenced by the Nike Free shoes and the surrounding technologies. Some may find it a little too flexible. The way it encourages your feet to flex and work more can cause some soreness if you do too much in the shoes too soon.
