Overview
The Nike Equalon now improves on the previous version and makes it better. We found it to be probably the best cushioned support shoe on the market! A super plush ride that does not sacrifice support or great flexibility and at the same time being one of the lightest shoes in this category.

Fantastic road running shoe
The Nike Zoom Equalon 4 offers a variety of benifits for any type of runner. I have had these shoes for a couple of years and they have provided me with the right support and motion control for my body weight and running technique as I am progressing within the running arena. my preferred style of running is on the road but they are very useful on other terrains as well including treadmill and light trail tracks. After completing my first 3 runs in the shoes I concluded that they differ from other shoes in how they adapt to the structure of your foot and bed nicely for a comfortable run. The area in which could require improvement is the it ticks all the right boxes for the average runner or a runner just producing themselves, however from personal experience, I tend to find that the lighter in body weight and faster you become to run your kilometres or miles, the Nike Zoom Equalon 4's don't aid your progressions as an individual but only support a certain category of runners. This can be frustrating dependent on how much you run, as the shoe would need replacing to another type to suit your new style of running, but can become quite an expensive purchase. On the whole, they are a quality shoe for the up and coming runner/begginer as they provide an umbrella of factors to support your run.
