Overview
This shoe sits next to the Wave Creation very well. Or more accurately it sits just below it in the Mizuno line. There is a little less shoe _ less weight and also a little less cushioning. That said the ride is slightly softer which will appeal to lighter runners, especially when combined with the lighter weight. That means this is a good shoe for speedier club runners looking for a trainer that mixes protection with responsiveness, or for those runners looking for a trainer with a little more pace to it while not sacrificing too much protection.

Dependable workhorses
I just keep buying these and love them to bits. A quick glance at feet at my local club suggests others feel the same way. Good for wider feet unlike Asics and Adidas, which squeeze my toes.
