The Daichi 5 is a light off-roader which offers good grip and that Mizuno Wave cushioning. A tough but comfortable upper completes a nice package.
With good cushioning coming courtesy of the Wave embedded midsole and traction from the Michelin rubber outsole, this shoe is perfect for those exploring varied terrains.
The midsole harnesses Mizuno's innovative AP+ midsole compound. AP+ guarantees an amazing ride providing cushioning and comfort levels that just go on feeling new due to a huge improvement in durability.
The upper is a combination of lightweight, breathable materials and harder wearing reinforced overlays for protection. It’s a good combination and with the lace loops wrapping the midfoot into the upper, it provides a secure fit that gives added confidence of the roughest trails.
The sole provides enough grip when required and Michelin compound proves a durable component. On firmer surfaces the even spread of traction means you can keep up the pace in comfort.
