Quite a firm ride but the shoe beds in nicely and heavier runners will also find the shoe gives welcome protection. The shoe certainly protects but maintains a feeling that you can run faster in it if you so wish. The shoe now has a Dynamotion Fit upper which helps to enhance the fit, particularly around the heel.
