All the benefits of the Brooks Launch 8 but with added stablilizers.
The Brooks Launch is a brilliantly versatile lightweight trainer. This GTS version has the added benefit of the Brooks GlideRail system for those who need a little extra support.
The Launch GTS offers all the tech of the stantard Launch 8 model but with added stability features - perfect for those who wish to pick the pace up but need a degree of stability.

The Brooks GuideRail System is the addition to this model over the standard Launch 8. The rest of the midsole features the BioMoGo DNA foam which is light, responsive and feels fast underfoot, but it comes with the addition of that GuideRail stability feature which offers that support element to those who require it.
It is a shoe for mild over pronators rather than those with significant motion control issues.
Engineered air mesh offers very good levels of breathability and also a very nice, snug fit.
Blown rubber is comfortable and flexible offering enough durability.
As per the Launch, a shoe that is versatile and comfortable but with the added addition fo the GuideRail to keep mild over pronators happy. If you need a bit more cushioning, go to the Brooks Adrenaline GTS.
The ever-present Asics GT1000 is a good alternative.
