The 20th anniversary model and it offers every bit as supportive a ride as the previous model.
Soft, stable high-mileage cruiser - one of the best in its class.
Whilst the GTS19 was a very different shoe to previous versions of the model, it became every bit as popular. The new ‘GuideRails’ in this latest version have proved excellent at offering a balanced and smooth riding support whilst offering all the same benefits of the previous version.
This shoe sits below the Brooks Transcend and the Brooks Bedlam but for the vast majority of runners needing cushioned support, this is as good as you're ever going to need. It's a brilliant shoe. If you want something slightly cheaper, check out the Brooks Ravenna 11.
This, the 20th anniversary model of the shoe, improves the support further, integrating the GuideRails into the midsole for an even smoother, but every bit as supportive ride. They do a great job, offering support that controls over-pronation yet with a totally natural feel that doesn’t interrupt the stride, keeping you moving forward efficiently.
The midsole cushioning remains unchanged and feels beautifully smooth; soft without being squishy and responsive enough at toe off without being unstable.
Whilst the upper is revised and more streamlined, it is still seamless, plush and fits a wide variety of foot shapes very well. The mesh has been engineered to provide lightweight strength whilst remaining breathable. The 3D printed mesh adds structure and support and in this new model, the heel counter is updated and adds more comfort and security.
A simple affair offering blown rubber for responsiveness and flexibility.
If you want a protective shoe to log some significant miles in, the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 20 is your go-to shoe.
DNA Loft foam in the heel delivers plush and luxurious cushioning while maintaining responsiveness and durability.
BioMoGo DNA fuses BioMoGo midsole and DNA cushioning technology for a fully custom responsive ride that adapts to the needs of each and every runner.
Guide Rails Holistic Support System helps to protect your knees by keeping excess movement in check.
Omega Flex Grooves optimize forefoot flexibility without compromising cushioning.
Segmented crash pad flexes with the foot, offering customized cushioning and stability for a smooth heel-to-toe transition.
Blown Rubber offers durability, responsiveness, and flexibility.
Engineered mesh comprises the upper, providing lightweight structure and breathability.
