The Kinsei 2 has discrete Gel dual density cushioning (that it using several units of different density Gels) in the forefoot too. The Propulsion Trusstic system also gives a mix of guidance, support and improved responsiveness. In fact the stability is noticeable even though there is not medial posting. That means it really strides the neutral and support categories. The shoe feels more responsive than many at this weight.
