These were my first pair of proper running shoes that i ever owned. And how they've served me well! One year has flown by injury-free. The cushioning makes them suitable for long runs- I ran the Paris Marathon in these and my feet barely ached after. They have barely worn down after many hundreds of miles of usage so I would say they are highly durable. They'll also hold their own on the trail, even though they are definitely more of a road shoe.
Overall, a superb all-round shoe suitable for beginners and experienced runners alike that can handle the long distances with ease.
OverviewVery strong cushioning shoe - as you would expect for this money. As well as good cushioning you also get good guidance and very comfortable upper. If you do not need this level of protection a lighter more responsive runnign shoe could be more your bag. The forefoot is very well cushioning as well as the heel so you get a very good ride from heel to toe.
