Overview
One of the shoes that many runners go back to time and time again. It's easy to see why. The cushioning is good with a bit of spring to it. The support features do their job well without feeling intrusive. But the shoe is also fairly light and flexible so you get a smooth feel and running faster is no problem. The shoe is the same as for spring/summer 2007 but there is a new colourway for autumn/winter.

My favourite steady training shoe
I'm one of those runners that come back to the Asics 21xx series time and again. The shoe is ideal for my easy/steady mileage work, well made, durable and not too expensive. Definitely recommend other runners try it.
