Overview
The Supernova Cushion is a versatile and functional running shoe different fronts. The cushioning is good with some spring to it. The fit is snug in the heel and midfoot while giving that bit of welcome space in the toe box. The good fit and flexibility make the shoe suitable for some faster running. The Supernova Cushion also has quite a nicely guided feel to it. If this sounds the kind of shoe you want but you need more support the Supernova Control is the choice for you.

I had started my training for the AF Marathon(sept 09) in Jan- but when I got to Iraq in feb, I found out that we could participate in the "boston marathon in Iraq" on April 18th. These were the only shoes I had with me and I started to speed up a little training because when would I get this opportunity again. I finish the race in 5:35:15 after only a good 2.5 months worth of training and my feet never felt better. The roads in Iraq arent like running on a regular road- we had straight rocky roads and plently of dirt to run on, if you want to call any of the race on a road. The only sad part is that I would probably not run another race in them, they seem too broken in now- but I definately still continue to train in them.
