Overview
As a training shoe this is a very effective model. It has good cushioning from heel to forefoot. The stability is actually better than on many neutral shoes. The fit and comfort of the upper are good too. What you will also welcome in this shoe is that it is fairly light, has good flexibility in the forefoot, and (as well as cushioning) gives a good feel for the road. That means you can run fast in the shoe when you want to. If you want to stick to steadier running you can just enjoy the smooth feel.
