Overview
The Formotion unit in the heel works to give both cushioning and stability (cutting down on over-pronation). It doesn't sound simple to have a couple of plates that can slide over each other in all kinds of directions. But what you need to know is that it does seem to work. How much of that is down to the adiPRENE and how much comes from the Formotion? That's not really a concern as long as it works. Quite a nice fit now. Not as responsive as the Supernova Control which will still do the job for most runners. But if you want more protection and stability then take a look.
