Nike Epic React out now

Nike Epic React out now

Published February 22, 2018, Author John Gladwin

It’s not every day (or year) that nike launch a new technology, especially one so important. Their Epic React shoe has just been launched using the new technology, the React energy return foam.

We can’t wait to try and pair and have already bought them – review to follow – but they are available for all to buy now.

The Epic React is nike’s most tested shoe. Elite runners have reportedly run 17,000 miles in these shoes so they shoe be fine-tuned enough for us masses.

The other interesting fact is they are a product of nike’s new in-house manufacturing process (well, it’s interesting to us!). This means that the production process is much shorter from start to in-store. We hope this also means that there will be no shortage of these shoes…

Nike state:

  • The Epic React features a soft and responsive ride.
  • The Epic React is 5% lighter, 11% softer and offers 10% more energy return than its predecessor, the Lunar Epic 2.
  • The shoe offers a new silhouette designed to offer premium performance and their most complete cushioning system.

In short, it’s the lightest, softest and most resilient foam Nike has ever delivered.

We’ll see when ours arrive.
